"I called today to get my insurance switched over because I bought a new car, I spoke with Crystalynne and she made the process so much more memorable! She was extremely patient while I was going back and forth between talking to the car salesperson and her, she helped me get the best rates I could, she explained everything thoroughly, and aside from getting the insurance switched over she was just a pleasure to speak to overall as a person! She truly was amazing! I switched to State Farm about a year or so ago, and today just confirmed again that I was so happy to make the switch over to them to begin with! The phone call even took a little bit longer than expected (because I had to take breaks so much to find information or speak to the car salesman) so we ended up staying on the call a little bit past closing time, but she was still so understanding and sweet and never made me feel rushed. I recommend State Farm to anyone, and I especially recommend you speak with Crystalynne :)"
